Performance Potential Indicator (PPI) can help
you apply more accurate information to your dealership management decisions.
It is a web-based decision-making assessment tool that you can use

Group International Inc. to offer this very valuable management assistance
to every member dealer in the province at a price of just $39 for
each assessment – about 1/3 of a percent of what a hiring mistake
costs! We believe you can’t afford not to use PPI, and have made
it easy to try. There are no hassles getting started.
The PPI Questionnaire is a brief and easy to use personality inventory
that your candidates (or employees) can complete on-line or on a
computer in your dealership. It is applicable for every level of
hiring, and is currently offered in multiple languages. Turn-around
time for a PPI test is very quick: guaranteed within 24 hours of
when the person completes the PPI, but often available within an
hour.
How to Use PPI
You can order a PPI test for a candidate or an employee by clicking
on the Order PPI Test button above. You will be
redirected to the Association payment screen, after which you can
proceed to the PPI Order Form. On this form you will be asked to
fill in your name, telephone number, and email address, and to
identify your dealership. You can also choose one of three assessment
report offerings: Sales, Service Advisor, and Parts Counter. The
PPI Questionnaire is completed on-line and is accessed through
a link sent by email. You can send this PPI link email directly
to your candidate to complete at another location or have it sent
to your email address if you want the candidate to complete the
PPI on a computer in your dealership.
The PPI Assessment Reports
Once your candidate completes the PPI Questionnaire you receive
an email with a PDF file attachment. The file contains both an
in-depth PPI report and the specific assessment report (Sales/Service
Advisor/Parts Counter) that you have requested.
